Gala Day 2006
Last weekend we enjoyed the 2006 Gala Day. As you will see from the photos, Andrew was dressed up as Oor Wullie and Amy was a fairy/angel - usual clothes for her. They both had a great time, and both walked in the parade.
It was very hot, and afterwards we had a picnic in the park. There were some races organised too, and Andrew came second in the Nursery Flat Race and also the Nursery Spud 'n' Spoon Race. Well done to him.
The day was rounded off by a quick spin of the fairground rides that were there - except the bouncy castle because it was too hot and would burn their feet!
