Christmas 2005
Christmas 2005 was a great hit with Amy and Andrew. They are at such a good age for it now. Christmas Eve started off the festivities when we went round to neighbours for a small party and Santa visited to drop off selection boxes to the kids as he was mapping the route - our street is new and some of the houses were only built after last Christmas so he needed to be sure where to come. Amy, Andrew, Jack, Keira, Lauren, Nathan, Harvey, Rory and Lewis were so excited, the loudest turn of 'Jingle Bells' ever!
Up early on 25th, well 7.30am which was ok. Andrew forgot it was Christmas day, but was soon reminded when Amy got up 20 minutes later. First off, they checked to see if Santa had had the refreshments the left for him - as you will see below, Santa scoffed the lot. Then it was into the serious business of opening presents. Andrew was delighted with his spacestation and spaceship and Amy loves her new pink pram.
Lunch was served just before two (well done Mum), and then we followed that with a trip out in the ice. Baby Jasmine was taken for some air in the new pram whereas Andrew loved to do skids with the 4x4. The fresh air set us up nicely for our desserts!
