The potting shed

For the last three weeks, we have been in complete turmoil in the back garden. We have been getting the garden sorted so that more than just the area immediately at the patio doors can be used for anything useful. As most of you will know, it was on a slope before and we decided to split it into two levels. As you will see from the pictures below, progress has been slow but it is taking shape. Andrew still thinks that it was fantastic that we had a digger in the back garden, and likes nothing better than getting out there to help the workmen with the cement mixer. We will be glad when it is finished, just in time for autumn and then winter.

Other news, Nana came to visit. Just for the afternoon, which is generally enough for any visitor.
